I've made the vanilla and chocolate cupcakes so far. I did accidentally bake the vanilla ones too long but they were still yummy lol. My tip would definitely be make sure you spray the cupcake patty otherwise they will stick. I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty they are for a "healthy cupcake". I didn't even need to add the icing. I have a sweet tooth and they definitely satisfied that. Looking forward to making the pancakes. Well done guys!
