Vegan Pizza Base - A plant-based low carb and high protein pizza base, using our Vegan-Egg Replacer 😍 for you to enjoy!

 1/2 cup (80g) firmly packed, Protein Plant-based Pizza Base Mix

 3 heaped teaspoons (27g) Vegan Egg Replacer

 2/3 cup (170mls) of water

 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil


1Preheat oven to 180 deg & place dry ingredients (pizza base mix and egg replacer) in a bowl and combine well.

2Prepare a large flat baking tray (ours was 25cm by 35cm) with baking paper.

3Add water & oil to dry mix and stir to combine. Immediately pour batter onto baking tray. Use a spatula to ensure no mix is left in the bowl.

4Using the back of a tablespoon, dipped in water, evenly spread the batter to the outside of the tray.

5Place Pizza Base in oven and bake for 30 minutes.

6Add your fave toppings, and bake for another 10 mins or until Pizza is cooked to your liking!


1Pizza Bases can be kept in the fridge for 5 days or frozen for 3 months.
