Low Carb Pavlova (Sugar Free)
The classic Australian pavlova, only sugar-free! It's the perfect treat for sharing with family and friends, and so simple to make.

A delightful taste of a classic Aussie dessert, while keeping carbs and sugars low, making them diabetes friendly, suitable for a keto diet, and low carb!
1/2 cup Erythritol (ground into a powder)
Thickened Cream (Whipped)
Preheat oven to 120°C (250°F).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
Gradually add erythritol, beating until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in vanilla extract, vinegar, and cornstarch (if using).
Shape into a circle on the baking sheet. Bake for 60-75 minutes.
Turn off the oven and let it cool inside.
Top with whipped cream and berries before serving.
Who doesn't love a lamington? This Aussie classic is a favourite of many. We thought we would have a go at making a keto version, and we are VERY happy with the results 😍
