Enjoy all of the Protein ? all of the taste with almost none of the carbs :) ??? I whipped up these sensational high protein, low carb and gluten free cheeseburger buns last night using our NEW 6 Aussie Seeds Protein Bread Mix :) They're super easy and damn delicious!!! You can make them a bit smaller if you want and make more, but I like these big. Luke

- Yields 6 BIG Bread Rolls
1 packet of 6 Australia Seeds Protein Bread Mix
1 1/2 cup (375ml) water
2 whole eggs
1 tablespoon of white vinegar (20ml)
Seeds for decoration
Protein 6 Seeds Bread Mix (350g)AUD$ 13.00
1Preheat a fan forced oven to 180°C and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
2Empty the 6 Aussie Seeds Protein Bread Mix into a large mixing bowl.
3In a separate bowl, whisk together the water, eggs and vinegar.
4Pour the wet mix into the dry mix and gently fold until just combined. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken.
5Using a wet spoon, form the low carb bread mixture into 6 extra thick "cookie" shapes on your baking tray. Keep wetting the spoon and use the back of it to make them nice and round :) Once you're happy, sprinkle your favourite seeds over each roll.
6Place on the top shelf of your pre-heated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. After baking, remove the low carb bread rolls from the tray and place on them on a cooling rack.
7For best results, allow your high protein bread rolls to cool completely, before slicing with a sharp serrated bread knife
8Storage - Bread rolls must be stored in the fridge (for up to 3 days) or the freezer in sandwich bags (for up to 3 months). But I doubt they'll last that long!
