High Protein Low Carb Focaccia Bread
Another new way to enjoy our 6 Australian Seeds mix. A perfect High Protein addition to your lunch or dinner. To be honest, you can enjoy this ANYTIME in place of bread.
1 packet of 6 Australia Seeds Protein Bread Mix 1 ¾ (440ml) cup water 2 eggs --Optional Your favourite mix of seeds or dried herbs for decoration.
Preheat oven at 180 degrees and line a brownie/ or slice tin with baking paper Empty the packet of Protein Bread Mix into a large bowl In a smaller bowl whisk together water and eggs. Add the wet mix to the dry mix and combine well Pour the mix into a lined baking tray and smooth evenly. Top with your favourite seeds or herbs. Bake for 25-30 mins or until golden. Remove from oven, and put on a cooling rack. Cut into 8 pieces.
