

Our story started out as The Protein Bread Co in 2012 when as a cafe owner, I baked my own natural, low carb protein bread for customers who wanted better, healthier options.
Seeing how popular Protein Bread was in helping customers feel their best, I started exploring ways to make unhealthy baked treats, healthy by removing the sugar and carbs. Over time, our products and ranges have rapidly evolved to cater for the wider low carb community including sugar free, keto and protein ranges and we also shortened our name to PBCo.
While a lot has changed, my vision is still the same, and still very simple. To create natural, low carb products that help people feel their best!
