For the mummas who want to eat healthy, even on Mother’s Day! Here is a nice variety of high protein recipes to treat Mum too, so she can have a great start to the day.

Low Carb Pancakes

So simple, yet SO good, plus Mother's Day and pancakes just go hand-in-hand don't they? A classic breakfast in bed recipe made healthy, these pancakes are made with our all natural Protein Pancake Mix. Tailor your toppings according to mum's taste. Some topping ideas for our Protein Pancakes:

  • 100% peanut butter and 1 square of 85% dark chocolate, roughly chopped

  • Ricotta mixed with cinnamon and stevia

  • Our Sugar Free Blueberry Jam (scroll down to no. 3 for the recipe)

  • Frozen berries, chopped raw almonds and unsweetened Greek yoghurt (once the berries thaw a little, they create their own 'coulis' which sweetens the yoghurt)
