Emilie from Original Bootcamp has given us an amazing recipe to make low carb nachos using the Protein Pizza Base without the guilt!

3/4 cup Protein Pizza Base (80 g) 3 large eggs or 180g of egg white 1/4 cup water (60 ml) optional: 1 tbsp olive oil
First, make the nachos Use pizza mix, eggs, water and oil to make pizza base as per packet instructions and spread thinly over pizza tray lined with baking paper Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C or until golden brown Using a pizza cutter, slice the pizza base into small chips Put back in the oven and grill for a further 2-5 minutes Once crispy and brown, remove from oven Second, top the nachos! Top the nachos with your favourite toppings like beef mince, mozzarella cheese, sour cream and smashed avocado Bake in the preheated oven until cheese has melted Enjoy!
