Ingredients
- 1 heaped TB of Natural Peanut Butter (Crunchy is best)
- 1 TB of Tamari sauce (GF soy sauce)
- 2 TB water
- pinch of chilli flakes.
Directions
- In a mug stir together: – 1 heaped tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter (crunchy is best) 1 tablespoon of Soy or Tamari ,2 tablespoon of water and chilli flakes
Microwave for 30 seconds then remove and add an extra tablespoon of water.
Stir this really well – the extra water at the end seems to make it nice and creamy and the perfect consistency rather than just adding it all at the start.
Take this to the next level some finely sliced lemongrass is AMAZING but it is optional as it’s not something I really have in the fridge as a staple!
