This recipe is made with the Protein 6 Seeds Bread Mix This mix is our favourite for all things toast related, BUT it also makes amazing low carb dinner rolls, focaccia and burger buns! The added bonus of making these rolls, is that they come with a whopping 15g protein. So for those of you who are looking to make vegetarian burgers and find that the veggie patties don’t give you enough protein, these rolls will take care of that for you. You can find the best vegetarian burger patties here. Did I mention that they are perfect for meal prep? - Nope, well they are! They can be frozen for up to 3 months, which means anytime you want a burger fix, they are ready to go! They can be made in any size. We got 9 in this recipe, but you could easily get 10.
