Corn & Halloumi Fritters by Miss Florrie.

This recipe was sent in by the amazing @missflorrie_eats Halloumi and Corn Fritters are my go-to option when I go out for brekkie and these look as good or better than any I've had before. Even better is that because they use our Protein Pancake Mix instead of flour, they're higher protein and lower carb.


Protein Breakfast Bars with Dark Chocolate & Walnuts

8.5 grams of protein in one of these babies, and they keep in the fridge for a week so are a great brekkie/snack option to make when you're doing your meal prep for the week.


Parmesan Rosemary Shortbread

Munch on three of these savoury biccies for less than 1 gram of carbs! Perfect for a carb-conscious AND gluten-free cheese plate on a Friday night, or for serving alongside veggie soup for dipping and some crunch factor.
