Sparkling and soda waters are a common go-to for mixers when it comes alcohol and low carb living. They have ZERO carbs and nothing added, just BUBBLES! However, I love that there is a flavoured sparkling water range, as sometimes you just need a little flavour without the sugar.

With the increase in flavoured sparkling waters in the supermarkets, we thought we would look at the what ones were available.

Comments: They have a great flavour range: Mixed berries, Lime, & Lemon. Mango, Raspberry and Lime available in cans. The mixed berry is my FAVE!!


Schweppes Infused Natural Sparkling – Flavoured

Waterford’s Lite and Fruity

Comments: I found these a little too sweet, but you can easily dilute with sparkling water.
