This yoghurt Glaze Icing is a lovely alternative to cream cheese icing. A little lighter and tangy. This can also be made vegan, by using Coconut yoghurt. This is a runny, glaze style icing perfect for drizzling over cakes or cupcakes.

1/3 cup (75g) of Sugar Free Icing Mix 1/2 cup (125g) Unsweetened plain/ Greek yoghurt ( we used Coles plain yoghurt) --Option 2 - Yoghurt-free Glaze 1/3 cup (75g) of Sugar Free Icing Mix 1 measuring Tablespoon (20ml) milk
Method for yoghurt glaze
Whisk together the yoghurt and icing mix in a small bowl until smooth. Ensure no lumps! (You may wish to add a teaspoon of water/ milk to achieve a runnier consistency)
Keep refrigerated when not in use.
Method for yoghurt-free glaze
Whisk together the Icing mix and milk until combined (add another teaspoon milk if it's not at the desired consistency)
