1/2 a pack (165g) of Protein Bread Mix
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and spray a doughnut tray or line it with baking paper
In a bowl add ½ the packet of the bread mix, and in a separate bowl combine the water and egg and whisk together. Add the wet mix to the dry mix and combine well.
Spoon the mixture into the doughnut moulds (approx 4 teaspoons)
Sprinkle with poppy seeds or any seed of your choice.
Bake for 15-20 mins or until golden. Once baked, remove from doughnut tray and allow to cool on a rack before slicing in half.
Slice in half! Top with your favourite sweet or savoury toppings.

If you don't have poppy seeds, you can use any seed you like!
You can use any of our bread mixes for this recipe. If you do use one other than what is listed, you will need to recalculate the nutrition, if you are tracking macros :)
