Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Balls

There’s not a date in sight in these Protein Balls. A delicious chocolatey, high protein alternative to help keep you from snacking on sugar loaded easter eggs.

3/4 cup (90g) Vanilla Protein (approx 3 scoops) 1/2 cup (60g) Almond Meal 1 TBSP coconut oil, melted 2 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter 1 tsp of sweetener of your choice 2 tbsp.(12g) cacao powder tbsp. water

Combine protein powder, almond meal, stevia, and cacao powder and mix well. Add melted coconut oil and peanut butter in microwave safe bowl and microwave to melt the peanut butter Stir Peanut Butter/oil mixture thoroughly before adding to the dry mix. Combine dry and wet, add a tablespoon of water per time to get the mixture to the right sticky consistency. Roll mixture into 12 balls Optional: Roll in crushed peanuts/coconut or other toppings Refrigerate for an 1 hour before enjoying. Must be kept in the fridge, will keep for up to 5 days.
