Ingredients

3/4 cup (90g) Vanilla Protein Powder (approx 3 scoops)

1/2 cup (60g) Almond Flour
- 1 TBSP coconut oil, melted
- 2 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter

1 teaspoon of Sugar-free Icing Mix or sweetener of choice
- 2 tbsp.(12g) cacao powder
- tbsp. water
Directions
- Combine protein powder, almond flour, sweetener, and cacao powder and mix well.
Add melted coconut oil and peanut butter in microwave safe bowl and microwave to melt the peanut butter
Stir Peanut Butter/oil mixture thoroughly before adding to the dry mix.
Combine dry and wet, add a tablespoon of water per time to get the mixture to the right sticky consistency.
Roll mixture into 12 balls
Optional: Roll in crushed peanuts/coconut or other toppings
Refrigerate for an 1 hour before enjoying.
Must be kept in the fridge, will keep for up to 5 days.
