Place choc chips in a medium, heatproof, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, stirring with a metal spoon every minute until almost melted. Ensure to stir until smooth.
Stir through coconut until coated in chocolate.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and spoon chocolate/coconut mixture into 12 even portions, Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. (Nest can be made up to three days ahead, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator)
