Chilli Parmesan Low Carb Crackers

These Chilli Parmesan Low Carb Crackers were inspired by the flavours of Wow Bites - Chilli, Garlic, Herbs and Parmesan. These were yummy, super thin and moreish. Our version is still super low in carbs, and are filling too. 😃

16 crackers

2 heaped tablespoons (50g) of Low Carb Sunflower &Linseed Bread Mix 1 packet (100g) grated parmesan Dried Italian herbs, chill flakes and garlic and salt mix, to taste 1 egg 1 tablespoon (20ml) olive oil 60ml water (you can add a touch more water if you want to thin out the mix even more)

Set oven at 180 degrees Celcius and line a large baking tray with baking paper. (I used a cookie tray) Combine bread mix, parmesan, and dried herbs and chilli in a bowl. In a separate bowl combine the water, egg and oil. Combine this wet mixture to the dry ingredients. Spread the mix evenly onto the lined tray. Use the back of a spoon. Spread as thin as possible Bake for 20-25 mins. Allow cooling before cutting into the desired size, as the cheese needs to cool. The crackers firm up as the cheese cools. Storage Will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days. When needed pop under the grill to crisp up. Serving suggestion

Makes 16 crackers, but you can cut in any size you like. 4 crackers = 2.4g carbs
