Ingredients:
The paste - Dried Chilli, fish sauce, dried shallots, lemongrass, galangal, coconut palm sugar, shrimp paste and red chilli, salt, sugar, kaffir lime peel and coriander, cumin seeds
Carbs per 100g: 2.8g

- This is a Red Curry Kit - which I think is handy if you have never made a curry before, all the guesswork is taken out. It serves 4, which means per portion, the carbs only go up to 3.1g per serve.
