1 pack makes 30 Pancakes – that’s enough for you to have pancakes for breakfast every day of the week, and still whip up some for your friends or family on the weekend. Our Pancake Mix is gluten free, dairy free, has no added sugar and less than 6g of total carbs per serve!

Our favourite toppings are berries, whipped cream, ricotta, coconut yoghurt, greek yoghurt, butter and sugar-free maple – take your pick!

All you need to do, to make your light and fluffy pancakes, is add egg & milk of choice to this mix, – stir together and portion into the pan.

To make 6 pancakes (2 serves), you will need:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (125ml)
  • 1/2 cup Pancake Mix (60g)

Mix – Using a whisk or fork, combine all ingredients well in a bowl. Let sit to thicken whilst you prepare pan.

Prepare Pan – Spray your pan with oil and heat until nearly smoking. Reduce heat to low. This will prevent your pan from sticking.

Spoon – Spoon mixture into your pan, on low heat, forming 3 pancakes, 9cm in diameter

Flip – Once bubbles appear, flip each pancake and cook for another 30-60 seconds or until golden brown. Repeat process for remaining 3 pancakes.

Serve with your favourite low carb toppings such as berries, cream, yoghurt, butter, sugar free maple, natvia or lemon juice!

Storage – Pancakes MUST be stored in the fridge or freezer. (Either in fridge for 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months)
