A great way to add a Protein punch to your favourite salad! You can whip these up in a few minutes and enjoy the familiar crouton crunch, but without the carbs. Proper Caesar salad is back on the menu :) One serve of these has 16g of Protein and just 2g of Carbs.

Ingredients
2 slices of Protein Bread (great way to use up the crusts!)
1 tsp olive oil
pinch of salt
herbs of choice

Directions
1Preheat a frypan on a medium heat
2Cut your Protein Bread into cubes approx. 1cm across (or whatever you like)
3Add your Protein Bread cubes into the frypan and toast for a few minutes until they start to dry out
4Add the olive oil, herbs and salt and then toast for a few minutes more till golden and crispy
