Low Carb Peri Peri Chicken Pizza Recipe

Chicken + Peri Peri Sauce + Pizza = dream!! This low carb, high protein recipe is great for those nights you're craving PIZZA but don't want the carb coma. Each 1/2 pizza has 65.g of Protein and only 7.9g of Carbs!


3/4 cup (80g) Protein Pizza Mix 3 large eggs 1/4 cup (60ml) water 1 tablespoon olive oil 45g tomato paste (we use Woolies Select Brand) 45g Medium Peri Peri sauce (we use Nandos brand) 20g tomato, chopped 20g onion, chopped 150g chicken (we use the Ingham chicken from the supermarket deli), shredded 100g mozzarella cheese, grated

Use pizza mix, eggs, water and oil to make pizza base as per packet instructions then keep oven on at 180". Spread pizza sauce onto base. Add all other ingredients and top with the cheeses. Drizzle over the medium Peri Peri Sauce Bake for 15 minutes until golden. Allow to cool for 5 mins before serving (if you can control yourself, it will get a little crispier).
