Ingredients

1 prepared Pizza Base made with Protein Pizza Base Mix
- 1 sachet of Leggo's Pizza sauce (50g)
- 50g shredded Pizza blend cheese
- 40g capsicum, chopped
- 50g zucchini, sliced.
- 50g olives
- 50g mushrooms, sliced
Directions
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
Take your Protein Pizza base (use the recipe on the pizza mix) and top with the pizza sauce, sprinkle the cheese and add the rest of the toppings.
Place on top of the rack in the oven (for best results) or Pizza stone. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Check frequently, as pizza temps vary.

Recipe Note
macros worked out with 1 TB olive oil in Pizza base, you can leave this out if you wish but the olive oil helps the base get crispy!
