Low Carb Dotty Cookies
1/2 pack Low Carb Cookie Mix
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 50g butter, melted
1/2 cup Sugar-Free Choc-Chips (100g)
- 50 Mini M&M's (15g)
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees and prepare a cookie tray with a sheet of baking paper.
Add the dry ingredients (cookie mix and choc-chips) into a large bowl.
In a seperate bowl combine the melted butter and milk then add this to the dry mix.
Using a spoon combine the ingredients until it appears crumbly.
Roll and shape into 10 even cookies, then press 5 Mini M&M's in each cookie (add more if you like)
Bake cookies on 160 deg for 20 minutes or until just golden.
STORAGE - CAN BE STORED IN THE FRIDGE FOR UP TO 5 DAYS.
