24 Mini Arancini Balls
1/2 cup (60g) Almond Flour
Low Carb Crumb - Original
Add in the almond flour, this helps bind the mix. The mix should be the consistency of slightly sticky but can be rolled into balls.
Prepare the crumb mix. Then roll each ball into the crumb mix.
Pop the crumbed mini arancini on a tray and in the fridge for 30mins to set.
Preheat the oven at 170 degrees (while they are chilling in the fridge)
Bake for 15-20mins or until golden.
You can use any pesto or shredded cheese combo you like!
