165g half a packet Protein Bread Mix 2 large eggs or 100ml's egg whites 320mls water (1 1/4 cup) 250g (2 cups) Dates chopped 1 TB Cinnamon (20g) 60g (1/4 cup) Walnuts Optional - 60g sunflower seeds -- Equipment 1 Large Mixing Bowl 1 Loaf Tin An Oven

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius In a large bowl, combine the Bread Mix, Egg White, and Water. Mix well to ensure there’s no lumps. Let sit for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally Add all the remaining ingredients and mix together well Pour the mixture into a baking paper lined loaf tin Bake for 60mins or until skewer pulls out clean.
