How to make a Chia 'Egg'

We have developed the best Chia 'Egg' recipe to make our new Plant Based Protein Cookies vegan. Simply replace the required eggs called for in our cookie recipes and make the perfect keto friendly snack with our packed with protein. We have created instructions here for making 1, 2 and 3 eggs at a time, depending on the recipe. The minimum sitting time is 15 minutes to let the chia seeds absorb all the water and create a gel-like paste (that binds the product together in the place of a traditional egg) - but you can also make up a larger batch and leave in the fridge for 5 days if you do a lot of baking! As always replacing the egg in recipes will alter the end results, expect a change in texture with the added seeds and changes to recipe volume may occur. Check our tried and tested cookie recipes here that work perfectly with our new Plant Based Protein Cookies!
