Frozen Protein Yoghurt Pancakes

Shout out to our friends over at Bulk Nutrients with this High Protein Frozen Yogurt Pancake Stack! Containing a whopping 28g of Protein per serve. Just perfect for a pre-workout, post workout meal or a weekend breakfast treat Frozen Yoghurt yields 4 Servings. Nutritional Facts based upon 1 Serving of Frozen Yoghurt served with 110g of Pancakes (prepared as per packet direction).

4 Servings of Yoghurt

Single Serving Protein Pancake Mix (made as per packet directions) 1 1/2 cups of Frozen Mango 1 cup (250g) Greek yoghurt (we used Chobani) 1 Scoop (30g) Vanilla Protein Powder (we used Bulk Nutrients) 2TB (40ml) Coconut Cream 1/2 cup (125ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk Optional - 1 TB Sweetener of choice

Puree the mango, yoghurt, sweetener (if used) and coconut cream in a blender/ food processor until creamy and blended. Scrape down the sides, and process again for 10 seconds. Serve immediately with prepared Protein Pancakes, add desired toppings (we used extra frozen mango). You can make the frozen yoghurt in advance simply place in a bowl, cover with cling wrap and freeze. If frozen, let it sit for 10mins out of the freezer to soften before serving.
