Protein Choc Cranberry Cookies
Protein Choc Cranberry Cookies are the PERFECT low carb + high protein snack. We added flaked almonds for extra CRUNCH and because a healthy dose of good fats means you will keep full for longer.
Even with the addition of dried cranberries these cookies still have less sugar than most snack bars found in your supermarket! Say goodbye to store-bought protein cookies!

Ingredients

1/2 pack of Protein Cookie Mix
- ⅓ cup warm water
- 60g butter, melted
- 50g flaked almonds
- 20g dried cranberries, chopped.

50g Sugar-Free Choc Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 160g degrees and line a cookie tray with baking paper.
Combine the dry ingredients (mix, cocoa and choc chips) in a large bowl. Add melted butter and warm water. Work with the back of the spoon to combine. Mixture will be crumbly but hold together when rolled in a ball.
Take a heaped spoonful of the mixture, roll into a ball, flatten and shape the edges. Place on a lined baking tray. Repeat for the remaining cookies.
Place cookies in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven, let cool for 10mins then enjoy!
