Cheesy Bacon Garlic Pull-apart

Anything Cheesy that involves Bacon is ALWAYS a winner. This Cheesy Bacon Garlic Pull-apart is a great option for entertaining. No need to forget about your gains during BBQ season, this is packed full of protein :D

1 packet of Protein Bread Mix - Original 1 ¾ cup water (440ml) 2 eggs 20ml white vinegar --Fillings 125g Bacon 5 slices (short cut- diced and cooked) 2 Cups (200g) Mozzarella Cheese 2 TBSP Parmesan 50g butter 2 TBSP chopped Parsley 2 TBSP Chopped.Garlic

Preheat oven to 180C Prepare Original loaf mix as per packet instructions. Instead of transfering to prepared loaf tin. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Transfer bread mix onto middle of tray pouring into one large free formed loaf shape. Moulding gentle with if need to keep in shape. Place in preheated oven for 40mins Mix 50g of room temperature butter with 2 tbs of garlic Remove from oven and slice on a diagonal into 8 strips, cutting only halfway down loaf. Spread garlic butter mixture into each slice. Stuff bacon into each slice and sprinkle the remaining on top Stuff Mozzarella cheese into each slice and sprinkle on top. Sprinkle with 2tbsp on Grated Parmesan Return to oven for 20min or until golden. Remove and garnish with parsley! Best served warm!
