Ingredients

30g of Protein Pancake Mix
- 3 TB of almond milk
- 3 drops Vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon stevia or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 TB dark rum (optional)
- 2 TB dry fruit mix of choice
- Custard (optional for serving) - we used Paul's 30% less sugar custard.
Spice Flavours
Directions
- In a mug, mix together the Protein Pancake Mix, Spices, Almond Milk, Vanilla Essence and Stevia
Mix in the dried fruit and rum
Microwave for 1-1:30 minutes
Serve with custard (optional, but yummy)
Note: you can adjust the dried fried portion to suit your macro's.
