Peanut Butter & Jelly Protein Pancakes

PEANUT BUTTER JELLY (Jam as us Aussies call it) Protein Pancakes! Taking some inspiration from the States!! This winning flavour combo couldn't get any better at only 4.4 g carbs per serve.

  • Yields 1 Serving (3 Pancakes)


 30g Protein Pancake Mix

 50mls Milk of your choice

 1 Egg

 2 Tbsp Berry Chia Jam or sugar free jam of choice

 2 Tbsp (50g) Peanut Butter


1Heat fry pan and spray with oil.

2Prepare Pancakes as per packet instructions, combining Pancake Mix, 1 Egg and 50 ml of milk.

3Once the pan is smoking reduce to medium heat and cook 3 pancakes approx. 10cm (4") in diameter. Place aside.

4To assemble pancake stack - spread 1 Tbsp of Chia Jam onto one pancake, stack another pancake and spread with 1 Tbsp of Peanut Butter, top with remaining pancake and spread remaining Tbsp’s of Chia Jam and Peanut Butter on top.

5Sprinkle with your favourite topping, we topped with crushed peanuts.

we use unsweetened almond milk in our recipes.
