3/4 cup (80g) Protein Pizza Mix
3 large eggs
1/4 cup (60ml) water
1 tablespoon olive oil
45g tomato paste (we use Woolies Select Brand)
45g Medium Peri Peri sauce (we use Nandos brand)
20g tomato, chopped
20g onion, chopped
150g chicken (we use the Ingham chicken from the supermarket deli), shredded
100g mozzarella cheese, grated
Plant Based Protein Pizza Base Mix

1Use pizza mix, eggs, water and oil to make pizza base as per packet instructions then keep oven on at 180".
2Spread pizza sauce onto base.
3Add all other ingredients and top with the cheeses.
4Drizzle over the medium Peri Peri Sauce
5Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
6Allow to cool for 5 mins before serving (if you can control yourself, it will get a little crispier).
