3/4 cup Protein Pizza Base (80 g)
3 large eggs or 180g of egg white
1/4 cup water (60 ml)
optional: 1 tbsp olive oil

First, make the nachos
1Use pizza mix, eggs, water and oil to make pizza base as per packet instructions and spread thinly over pizza tray lined with baking paper
2Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C or until golden brown
3Using a pizza cutter, slice the pizza base into small chips
4Put back in the oven and grill for a further 2-5 minutes
5Once crispy and brown, remove from oven
Second, top the nachos!
1Top the nachos with your favourite toppings like beef mince, mozzarella cheese, sour cream and smashed avocado
2Bake in the preheated oven until cheese has melted
