- 1/3 cup of water (80g)
- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds (36g)

1 Chia 'Egg' - Total weight = 50-60g
2 Chia 'Eggs' - Total weight = 50-60g
3 Chia 'Eggs' - Total weight = 160-180g
