Strawberry Chia Smoothie
1.5 serves Vanilla Protein Shake (50g)
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/2 tub (85g) yoghurt
- 1 Tb of chia seeds
- ½ zucchini, chopped.
- Handful of ice cubes
- Add all ingredients to your blender and puree until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
- You could use milk of choice in place of water
Use a strawberry flavoured high protein yoghurt for extra berry goodness and sweetness. (We used Chobani yoghurt)
- Any berry combo would be great!
Swap the vanilla protein shake to either Banana or Chocolate flavour.
