80g pizza base (1/4 packet) 3 large eggs 60ml water (1/4 cup) 10ml olive oil (optional) 20g garlic, finely chopped/minced 20g butter, room temp/softened 100g mozzarella cheese, grated Small handful parsley or other herbs of choice

Use pizza mix, eggs, water and oil to make pizza base as per packet instructions then keep oven on at 180". Mix softened butter and garlic then spread onto base. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 15ish minutes until golden. Allow to cool for 5 mins before serving. During this time, sprinkle herbs on top then slice pizza.
