BBQ Chicken Protein Pizza

Mmm low carb, high protein BBQ chicken pizza. Enough said. You can freeze the bases then whip one out of the freezer for a quick weeknight dinner.

80g pizza base (1/4 packet) 3 large eggs 60ml water (1/4 cup) 10ml olive oil (optional) 45g pizza sauce (we use Woolies Select Brand) 45g BBQ sauce (we use Fountain No Added Sugar BBQ Sauce) 10g (small handful) shallots, chopped 20g onion, chopped 100g mushrooms, sliced 150g chicken (we use the Ingham chicken from the supermarket deli), shredded 50g fetta 100g mozzarella cheese, grated

Use pizza mix, eggs, water and oil to make pizza base as per packet instructions then keep oven on at 180". Spread pizza and BBQ sauces onto base. Add all other ingredients and top with the cheeses. Bake for 15ish minutes until golden. Allow to cool for 5 mins before serving (if you can control yourself, it will get a little crispier).
