My brother allergic to egg so I got this to try in some baking for him, it was an absolute success. First time in years he had been able to eat cookies, cakes, pancakes etc. You name it, we made it. Thanks PBCo!

How to make 1 Vegan Egg
Place 1 tablespoon (approx 9g) of vegan egg replacer into a bowl.
Add 3 tablspoons of room temperature water (approx 45mls)
Stir with a fork or whisk for about 30 seconds, until mixture is well combined with no lumps
Use the egg replacer mixture as you would a real egg in all your baking recipes. Fore BEST results, always add the egg mixture to your liquid ingredients and combine well, before adding to the dry ingredients.
This product cannot be used as a replacement for scrambled, boiled or poached eggs.
