Pepperoni Protein Pizza

 1 Pizza Base made as per pack of Protein Pizza Base Mix

 1 sachet (50g) of Leggo's Pizza sauce ( we used the herb and garlic flavour)

 50g shredded Pizza blend cheese (we used Coles brand)

 50g pepperoni, sliced.


1Preheat your oven to 180 degrees

2Take your premade Protein Pizza base and top with the pizza sauce, sprinkle the cheese and top with pepperoni.

3Place on top of the rack in the oven (for best results) or Pizza stone. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Check frequently, as pizza temps vary.
