Low Carb - Keto Crumbed Fish

Keto crumbed fish! Crumbed in our medium spiced crumb for extra kick and lots of flavour! Gluten and Soy Free. Perfect for low carb lovers!

 60g of Low Carb Crumb Medium Mix

 1 egg

 1 tbsp water

 2 White Fish Fillets (400g), each fillet cut into 6 strips.

 Mixed salad leaves, we used mixed bag from Woolies.


1 Cut your fillets into 12 even strips and set aside.

2Prepare your egg wash (egg and water combined) and pour 60g of crumb on a plate.

3Dip the fish into the egg wash, then press into the crumb, flip and repeat. Then repeat for all the pieces of fish.

4Fry your fish (deep or shallow fry)

5Serve with your favourite salad mix

1Macros are for 1 serving of fish only

2If your fish is larger or smaller, you may need more or a little less crumb
