80g of Protein Pizza Base Mix
3 large eggs
60ml water (1/4 cup)
10ml olive oil (optional)
20g garlic, finely chopped/minced
20g butter, room temp/softened
100g mozzarella cheese, grated
Small handful parsley or other herbs of choice
Protein Pizza Base Mix (320g)AUD$ 14.00
1Use pizza mix, eggs, water and oil to make pizza base as per packet instructions then keep oven on at 180".
2Mix softened butter and garlic then spread onto base.
3Sprinkle cheese on top.
4Bake for 15ish minutes until golden.
5Allow to cool for 5 mins before serving. During this time, sprinkle herbs on top then slice pizza.
