Meet Sarah and Russ
Hi, we're Sarah and Russ - co-owners of PBCo.
We bought the business in 2023 because we genuinely believed in the products and the people already buying them. PBCo. wasn't built as a trend or a marketing exercise. It was built to make low carb and gluten free food that people would actually want to eat.
We're not a big corporation. We're just regular Australians who understand the reality of trying to eat differently while still wanting food to feel enjoyable, convenient and normal.
Russ is based in NSW with his family and manages our overall operations, product development and production. Russ has coeliac disease, so for him, finding food that's properly gluten free and lower in sugar isn't a lifestyle choice, it's something he navigates every single day. That's a big part of why the gluten free integrity of our products matters so much to us.
I'm Sarah, based in rural South Australia, where I run the online side of the business and personally pack your orders from our warehouse on my property. I've eaten low carb for years - not as a strict diet, but simply because I feel better for it. I use our erythritol in my coffee every morning and make our baking mixes regularly for my kids' lunchboxes and family snacks.
For both of us, the goal has always been the same. Better energy. A clearer mind. Feeling good in yourself. And still getting to enjoy the foods you love.

Where PBCo. Began
PBCo. originally started with a simple idea: create low carb baking mixes that were genuinely worth eating.
Not dry, disappointing substitutes. Real food that tasted good, worked properly and helped people enjoy eating differently without feeling restricted.
Over time, the range grew into low carb bread mixes, protein pancake mixes, gluten free baking mixes, pizza bases, muffins, cookies, sweeteners and pantry staples for Australians looking for better options.
When we took over the business in 2023, we kept everything people already loved about it. The same recipes, the same commitment to quality ingredients, and the same focus on making products that fit into everyday life. We simply became part of the story too.
