Ingredients
-
1 cup (100g) Protein Pizza Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (150g) grated cauliflower (can use cauli-rice from supermarket)
- 1 cup (125g) shredded cheese
- Low Carb Dip of choice
Directions
- Preheat oven 190C
Line two baking trays with Baking Paper
Microwave Cauliflower in a bowl with plastic wrap for 4-5 minutes until tender.
Add the cheese, eggs, and pizza mix ingredients, and combine well.
Scoop a flat TBSP of mixture onto the tray and flatten into thin circle and repeat. (Makes 30)
Bake for 30 minutes
Remove from oven and serve with dip.
