Burger Fillings
Directions
- Preheat oven for 20 mins on 180 degrees.
Empty contents of The Protein Bread Mix into large bowl. In separate bowl whisk together water, eggs and vinegar, pour wet mix into the dry mix and gently fold until just combined, set aside for 10 min to thicken slightly.
Prepare two baking trays lining with baking paper.
Dollop approximately 1/4 cup of mixture into tray, spacing apart. Using a spatular or hands gently mould mixture into rounds.
- Place in oven and cook for 20-25 mins. Remove and refrigerate. (It is best to prepare burger buns ahead of time to allow refrigeration overnight before slicing each bun in half)
BBQ or Fry beef patties and onion.
Cut the mini buns in half and grill to prepare to assemble.
Assemble sliders onto mini burger buns with lettuce, patties, cheese, bacon, onion, tomato, beetroot and sugar free tomato sauce (optional).
