High Protein and Low Carb Rocky Road Recipe

Aaron (our CEO) was craving Rocky Road, so we jumped in the kitchen and came up with a Low Carb and High Protein version. It was so good, we couldn't stop at just one piece! A perfect on-the-go snack before the gym or as a late night treat to get you through those sugar cravings. It's also super easy to make with no baking required. Enjoy!

300g Dark or Sugar-free Chocolate 1 bag (70g) Sugar-free Marshmallows 1 bag (90g) Sugar-free Gummy Bears 100g Roast Almonds or any nut 30g shaved coconut 1 scoop (30g) Chocolate, Strawberry or Vanilla Protein Powder 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil

Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave for 2 minutes until melted Stir through the protein powder Place all the other ingredients in a plastic container lined with baking paper Pour melted chocolate over the top Refrigerate overnight until set Enjoy - just like Aaron is!
