Ingredients

½ a pack of Protein Banana Bread
- ½ Tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 2 Tb oil
- 1 Tb milk of choice (40ml)

1 extra large or 2 small bananas (200g) - Like other banana bread recipes, you’ll get the best tasting loaf by using overripe bananas – brown and spotty are ideal!
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
-
1 heaped Tb Sugar-Free Icing Mix (35g)
- 2TB plain yoghurt (40g)
- 3 TB hot water (60ml)

Crushed roasted peanuts or Banana chips (optional)

Directions
Banana Doughnuts Method
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and prepare donut tin. We recommend using a silicone donut tray to prevent sticking. Lightly spray with oil. If using a metal tray, an extra spray with oil is required to prevent sticking. (Our doughnut tray is 9cm in diameter)
- Divide the batter evenly into the donut tray.
Place tray in preheated oven, and bake for 15-20mins until the donuts spring back when touched. After baking, remove donuts from tray and place on a cooling rack. Allow to cool completely before icing.
Peanut Butter Frosting Method
Add the Peanut butter, the Icing mix into a small bowl with the 3TB of hot water and mix together until smooth. Mix through the yoghurt until combined. If it is too thick, add a touch more yoghurt or water.
Spoon the peanut butter icing onto the doughnuts so it slowly drizzles down the sides. Decorate as desired with crushed peanuts for the lowest carb option or banana chips if you think the tiny bit extra carbs is worth it because they taste so good!

Macros include the icing. We used mild olive oil this recipe.
