This coating is delicious, simple and easy to coat the chicken thighs. I had no complaints from the Family and they had no idea it was the healthier version of Schittys for them. Great job guys

This product is outstanding! Followed the instructions by just adding the crumb to some plain chicken breast (using egg-wash so it sticks) and it is delicious! Best eaten fresh so the crumb stays crunchier and has more flavour but I have also eaten it the next day / frozen some and defrosted it and still tastes great. Was looking for something convenient but healthy to try avoid buying store-brought schnitzels all the time with heaps of added ingredients and this is definitely the perfect alternative. Fantastic product :)

Just as good as what you would get at the drive through!
I only wish the crumbs would stick better, as a lot fall off during shalow frying, probably something I am doing though.
Hey Megan! Thanks for the 5 stars, we really appreciate it. :D Here are a few tips to help your crumb to stay on. 1. Pat your un-crumbed protein piece with paper towel removing all moisture (this helps the egg stick) then process to dip and crumb. 2. Once you have crumbed the meat let it meat sit for a 10 mins or so to allow the egg to dry out/ set. Hope that helps. Cheers, Jo
