It taste just like sugar with out the calories & the carb, but it didn’t dissolve well🤷♀️ I would still buy it again 👍

I haven't tried Erythritol from any other brands. It isn't as sweet as sugar. It isn't as bitter as Stevia. I use it in coffee, custard and in protein sparing bread if I want a sweet version. It doesn't caramelize that well. On cinnamon toast it is more likely to burn than melt.
