Protein Pancake Mix

I love the Protein Pancake Mix and have been using it for about 2 years. The flavour is yummy and the consistency of the pancake mix quite good! I usually eat them with fresh berries and greek yoghurt. Julie

Changing the pancake game

I absolutely love the protein pancakes! They are not only macro friendly but extremely tasty with a cinnamon twist and the texture is so light and fluffy. Would Definately recommend to any one trying to stick to their macros.

Pancakes for Breakfast

I use PBCo every week to meal prep breakfast for my daughter and I. I bake either bread muffins or pancake muffins so we can jut heat and go! Pancake week is our favourite! Vegemite and Cheese bread rolls is also our favourite! OK, just every breakfast is our favourite ;)

You can enjoy fluffy pancakes every day with our low carb Protein Pancakes that have no added sugar and only 2.5g of carbs per serve.

To make a serve of 3 Protein Pancakes, you will need:

  • 30g of Pancake Mix (1/4 cup)
  • 50mL milk of choice (just under 1/4 cup)
  • 1 whole extra large egg (or 50mL egg whites)

Mix – Using a fork, thoroughly combine all the ingredients in a bowl, then let the mixture sit whilst you heat up a pan.

Pan Preparation – Spray a non-stick fry pan with oil. Heat until almost smoking (this seals the pan and prevents sticking). Once hot, turn to low heat and wait for 30 seconds.

Spoon – Spoon the mixture into the fry pan on a low heat, forming 3 pancakes approx. 10cm in diameter. Cook for 60-90 seconds or until you see bubbles appear.

Flip – Carefully flip each pancake and cook the other side for a further 90 seconds or until golden brown.

Storage – Pancakes must be stored in the fridge (1-4°C) for up to 5 days, or can be frozen (-18°C) in freezer bags for up to 3 months.

Lupin, rice protein, almond meal, golden flaxmeal, baking powder (gluten free), chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla bean powder, coconut flour, natural flavour (plant extract), salt.
