Have been using it for about 18months now & love it. It's easy to prepare, I make smaller pancakes, about 7 with the 1 serving size, cook them in coconut oil then squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top to eat. Yum!

A Healthy Indulgence
PBCo's protein pancake mix is my 'go-to' for an indulgent weekend treat without the guilt. I've been buying this mix for years, and always have some in the pantry. Great light texture, *super* easy to make, and great for my diet. I often mix in some fruit to the batter - and serve with low-carb maple syrup and protein yoghurt.

Even though the flavour is very plain, the pancakes are nice, puffy and soft. Ideal to had topping like honey, maple, cinnamon, chocolate, etc.
