My favourite pancakes! I LOVE that they are low carb and high protein! Quick and simple to make. I add some of the sugar free chocolate chips to them when cooking the first side and serve with sugar free maple syrup to stick within my macros. DELICIOUS!

You can enjoy fluffy pancakes every day with our low carb Protein Pancakes that have no added sugar and only 3.6g of carbs per serve.

To make a serve of 3 Protein Pancakes, you will need:

  • 1/4 cup of Protein Pancake Mix (30g)
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice (60ml)
  • 1 large egg (or 50mL egg whites)

Mix – Using a whisk, combine all ingredients in a bowl, then let batter sit whilst you heat your pan.

Prepare – Spray a non-stick frypan with oil. Heat until almost smoking (this seals the pan and prevents sticking). Once hot, turn to low heat and wait for 30 seconds.

Portion – Spoon batter into the frypan on a low heat, forming 3 pancakes approx 10cm in diameter. Cook for 60-90 seconds or until the bubbles appear.

Flip – Carefully flip each pancake and cook the other side for a further 90 seconds or until golden brown.

Storage – Pancakes must be stored in the fridge (1-4°C) for up to 5 days, or can be frozen (-18°C) in freezer bags for up to 3 months.

Quality Ingredients

Lupin flour, almond meal, faba protein, flaxmeal, chia flour, baking powder, vanilla bean powder, natural flavour, cinnamon, salt.

May contain pieces of other nuts, milk and sesame.
