The best!!

These are sooooo delicious! I add mashed banana to the mix and a few blueberries sprinkled in and they are just Devine, especially with some lemon squeezed over to serve!! I have these every morning!

Easy to make and delicious pancakes

Easy to make in the morning and the 3 pancakes are enough to fill me up till lunchtime. I sprinkle a bit of cinnamon and Stevia on top for a great low carb breakfast.

Pretty good pancakes

The product is easy to make with good packaging and instructions. Postage was pretty prompt as well. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase and probably will come back for more of this one as well as will look to try other products in the future

Made with plant protein and no added sugar, these fluffy pancakes can be enjoyed everyday with only 2.5g of carbs per serve.

To made a serve of 3 pancakes, you’ll need:

• 30g of this mix (¼ cup)
• 60mL of milk of choice (¼ cup)
• 1 large egg (or 50mL of egg whites)

Mix – Using a fork, thoroughly combine all the ingredients in a bowl, then let the mixture sit whilst you heat up a pan.

Pan Preparation – Spray a non-stick fry pan with oil. Heat until almost smoking (this seals the pan and prevents sticking). Once hot, turn to low heat and wait for 30 seconds.

Spoon – Spoon the mixture into the fry pan on a low heat, forming 3 pancakes approx. 10cm in diameter. Cook for 60-90 seconds or until you see bubbles appear.

Flip – Carefully flip each pancake and cook the other side for a further 90 seconds or until golden.

Storage – Pancakes must be stored in the fridge (1-4°C) for up to 5 days, or can be frozen (-18°C ) for up to 3 months in a sealed container.
